This is a "player-coach" role. You won't be managing from a spreadsheet in a back office; you’ll be auditing the current structure, defining a new sales methodology, and leading from the front to show the team how to win in today’s market.
Performance Overhaul: Moving the team from a reactive "order-taker" mindset to a high-velocity, proactive sales engine.
CRM as a Compass: Turning Salesforce from an administrative chore into a source of truth. You’ll enforce "gold standard" data entry to give the board clear, practical visibility.
Leading by Example: Getting involved in complex tech deals to demonstrate high-level strategy and closing techniques.
Network Activation: Use your existing network to open doors that have remained closed & grow the team with people you can count on.
This role is specifically for a leader who values visibility and presence. To be successful here, you’ll need:
A "Turnaround" Track Record: You’ve successfully led teams through periods of change and know how to manage the friction that comes with higher expectations.
A Serious ICT Network: An active "black book" of contacts across ANZ. You should be able to point to wins you’ve secured within Government sectors.
Data Rigor: You are a Salesforce advocate who uses reporting to hold people accountable (and you expect the same of yourself).
Physical Presence: Our client believes high-performance cultures are built together. This role is a full-time, 5-day-a-week on-site commitment.
